Frequently asked questions
What counts as a cluster?
Each Kubernetes context in your kubeconfig counts as one cluster. Community supports up to 6, Cloud supports up to 10, and Pro/Enterprise offer unlimited clusters.
Do you collect any data?
For self-hosted tiers (Community, Pro, Enterprise), no data is collected. For Cloud tier, we only store what's needed to run the service. Your cluster data never leaves your infrastructure.
When will paid tiers be available?
We're finalizing Pro and Cloud tiers. Join our Discord to be notified when they launch and get early access.
Can I use Kubey in production?
Absolutely. Kubey is designed for production use. It only requires read access to your clusters and runs as a separate service without affecting your workloads.
What if I need more than 6 clusters now?
Join our Discord and reach out! We can discuss early access to Pro or Cloud tiers, or custom Enterprise arrangements.
